[:1]though I'm not an expert,but i can defeat many noobs in Rank or lobby game(2v2,if teammate is not too weak).so i think i'm in medium level.

(i'm in china,so you need to think over the time difference,i'm in UTC +08:00.and you don't need to worry about the delay,about 300ms is OK.and i often play smoothly with my USA friends)
