Hi,
I think it would be fun to host some SC2 related LAN parties in NY where I live.
I have the place and everything needed, the question is, are there enough people from this area playing SC2 and being interested?
Let me know, Ed :)|||I live in the mid-west and I'm not getting grouped for no lan party.|||Thank you very much FunkOff, but I was asking about people who actually are interested and from NY, not who isn't.
So thx for nothing. :)|||supcom 2 isn't realy popular enough to usualy find somebody where you live. (at least not for me it seems)|||Well uh here's one guy, living in downtown Manhattan.|||Thx Domenic...
Anyway, 47 views and only 4 answers? Come on people don't be shy. :)|||I used to host lan parties all the time when i lived in Albany NY, got people comin from states away... This was when games were good, like Sup Com 1. Nowadays no one wants to meet up for lans anymore because PC games now are trash, all went in the direction of dumbing down... CnC4 and Sup Com 2, Dawn of War 2 all come to mind. Just the way it is nowadays. Im lucky if i can full a lan once a year nowadays.|||Yeah maybe,
where I come from, I also had LAN Parties all over the place and it was fun.
Met nice people and had a really good time.
Am really surprised that I won't get enough people together here in NY and the Location is really nice.|||EdWood|||I don't see the lan option. Or is it considered lan if they happen to be realy close|||If the PCs are connected via Ethernet and Steam established a connection over internet, the system uses LAN only.
