[BUG] Bomb Bouncers and Cicadas

Bomb bouncers cannot hit units cloaked by cicadas, as shown in these replays:

It'd be nice to fix this, because Cybran really has nothing else to counter cicadas with other than better-used cicadas (I actually believe Cicadas need a nerf, but that's a whole 'nother topic).|||Although I don't think BBs need a buff, this particular component of their function seems dumb. They should hit units even if you cannot see them.|||Agreed, this is not StarCraft where invisibility = invulnerability.|||Yeah, this fails. But cicadas are indeed OP in general, because you now need double the range to hit a unit - A megalith has 66 range, the cicada has 50. To do damage, you need to have ~110 range! 30 range would be plenty. Or a nerf to like 8k health instead of 20...|||FunkOff|||Cybran mirror is definitely the most interesting mirror matchup.|||Grim Tuesday|||None of the other mirrors have as interesting early experimental play. Just tank tank tanks spam. With Cybran, you always get to see some megaliths, and in the case of this game, cicadas.
Also, since Loyalists have so many upgrades, even though they are only producing one unit, it can go differently in many ways.

However Aeon Mirror usually ends up with one of them cheesing with a com rush, or tml rush, and UEF Mirror usually ends up with it never getting above spamming rockheads.
